CloseBurnet News Club members will help a first-time voter decide whether to vote for a pro-immigration or anti-immigration MP. The virtual event will take place across the country with hundreds of young people taking part in the choose-your-own-adventure film. They'll spend the day discussing their opinions with other young people around the UK. They'll receive live feedback from expert contributors and vote collectively on how the story progresses.
At the end of the day, the Burnet News Club will decide together; will Robyn vote for a pro-immigration or anti-immigration MP?
The Burnet News Club is a network of unique, inspiring school news clubs in the UK. Named after Sir Alastair Burnet, the club equips disadvantaged young people with what they need to have their say about current affairs.
We enable disadvantaged young people to develop an informed view of the world, the thinking skills to form sound opinions and the confidence to have their say. Our programmes bring 8 to 18-year-olds into inspiring conversations about the world around them.
